Those candidates with 1 to 2 years of public accounting experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Participate in monthly close out of books.
• Prepare monthly financial statements.
• Accounts Payable functions, ensuring verification and/or accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable process and related tasks.
• Prepare and analyze monthly journal entries over assigned accounts and areas.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations in a timely manner.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions, including Pivot tables, look up functions, etc. to efficiently analyze and manipulate data.
• Create, organize, and maintain client information for management.
• Identify, maintain, and properly depreciate fixed assets of the company.
• Assist controller with month-end and year-end reporting.
• Assist external auditors for annual report.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to internal controls designed to safeguard company assets.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP principles.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or related field is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of general financial accounting. 1-3 years of related experience.
