• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience in an operating room setting.
• Proficient in pre-op, PACU, and circulator or scrub nurse duties.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to lead in a surgical team environment.
• Familiarity with State Nurse Practice Act, AORN guidelines, and hospital policies.

• Supervise staff involved in perioperative care to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Participate in call rotation which includes one weekend per month and one to two weeknights.

• Day shifts, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Call duties as noted above
