Maintenance, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant.

• Assist with general maintenance duties including painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Respond promptly to work orders and maintenance requests.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Help ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety and building codes.
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Assist with emergency repairs and after-hours on-call maintenance as needed.
• Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal, landscaping, and pest control.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in building maintenance, facilities support, or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (depending on facility needs).
