This temporary position is open for 1 week and is available to new applicants.

$15.00/hr – $17.50/hr

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on assigned cash register and provide courteous, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive.
• Recommend items for sale, including trade‑up and companion items.
• Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, well merchandised, and take inventory; maintain records.
• Implement asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco).
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise; complete resets and revisions as directed.
• Maintain store appearance and assist with interior and exterior maintenance.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
