• Prepare metal surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
• Apply paint and coatings using spray guns, brushes, rollers, or specialized equipment.
• Apply Dragon hide protective coatings according to company standards and specifications.
• Inspect surfaces and finished products for quality, consistency, and defects.
• Operate and maintain painting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Mix paints and coatings to achieve proper colors and finishes.
• Mask, tape, and protect areas not designated for painting.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to environmental and safety regulations.
• Assist with moving and positioning trailers or components as needed.

• Previous painting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Experience with protective coatings (Dragon hide or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, or technical instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of proper safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in various positions for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials or equipment as required.
• Comfortable working in a shop or manufacturing environment with exposure to fumes, dust, and noise.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise painting and coating application.
