Foamcraft is the leader in foam fabrication and has been for decades. We are looking for individuals to join our family as a Packer at our Mitchell, Indiana location.

This role starts at $13 an hour. Employees are eligible for $0.50 increases four times in the first year based on performance – or up to $2 in the first year. We also pay a $60 weekly perfect attendance incentive for all those who qualify.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Packing of foam parts per customer specifications.
- Loading packages into carts and loading carts into trailers.
- Other miscellaneous jobs
- Observing all safety rules and regulations. Training will be provided.
An ideal candidate will have a positive attitude towards their coworkers and their job. Must be dependable and flexible. They must be able to understand and follow all company policies and regulations.
