About the Position

Build your own semi-private practice! Join Rising Hope Counseling, LLC! Work in your area! We are seeking a licensed clinician who works with children in Mitchell, SD and surrounding communities. If you want to focus on therapy and not on administrative meetings, this role is for you. Rising Hope Counseling, LLC provides semi-private practice clinics in rural areas that are underserved, and you will receive business support and financial start‑up costs.

• License: CSW, CSW-PIP, LPC-MH SUPV, LPC-MH, or equivalent
• Must be available to hold at least 20 client sessions per week
• Current approval as an in‑network provider with insurance panels is a bonus

• Provide individual and family therapy to clients according to company policies
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work
• Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and ethical codes applicable to services performed for Rising Hope Counseling, LLC
• Complete intake evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and termination plans
• Conduct counseling services in a professional manner to maintain and increase goodwill of the organization
• Participate in marketing activities as needed

Pay: $50,000.00 - $ per year
