Position OverviewDeliver skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with federal and state regulations. This role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy to help improve communication and swallowing abilities.
Responsibilities- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Accurately document therapy services in compliance with facility and state standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and ethical care practices.
- Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology (MS/MA) program.
- Current South Dakota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
- CCC‑SLP certification or CFY eligibility.
- Excellent communication, organization, and clinical problem‑solving skills.
