Occupational Therapist – Mitchell, SD | Monday–Friday Day Shifts
Talented Medical Solutions is actively seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a weekday assignment in Mitchell, South Dakota. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where patient-centered care and clinical excellence are the priority.
Position Overview:
Shift: Day shift
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Setting: Skilled Nursing / Rehab Facility
Productivity Requirement: 90%
Duration: 13-week assignment (with potential extension)
EMR System: Experience with common therapy EMRs preferred
Qualifications:
Active South Dakota Occupational Therapist license
SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred
Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
Ability to manage a caseload and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
