Occupational Therapist – Mitchell, SD | Monday–Friday Day Shifts

Talented Medical Solutions is actively seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a weekday assignment in Mitchell, South Dakota. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where patient-centered care and clinical excellence are the priority.

  Skilled Nursing / Rehab Facility
• Productivity Requirement: 90%
• Duration: 13-week assignment (with potential extension)
• EMR System:
  Experience with common therapy EMRs preferred

• Active South Dakota Occupational Therapist license
• SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to manage a caseload and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
