Office Assistant

Duties:
  • Greet customers and assist them with their needs.
  • Direct and transfer calls throughout the dealership to specific departments or personnel as requested by the customer.
  • Schedule appointments and provide status updates. Communicate updates with all departments.
  • Collect customer payments via online, phone, or in-person.
  • Manage all detail tickets.
  • Photograph all customer vehicles prior to being washed.
  • Track and manage drop off and pickup of all vehicles utilizing shared spreadsheets.
  • Help deliver vehicles as needed.
  • Assist in monitoring and fulfilling supply orders.
  • Utilize and manage shared computer spreadsheets and documents
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly manner.
  • Clearly communicate messages as needed to sales, parts, and service.
  • Various duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Requires 2+ years of relevant business experience, or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education in business and experience.
  • An innovative self-starter
  • Proficient in multitasking
  • Computer savvy, with a willingness to learn new software
  • Exemplary customer service
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
