The Mission Control Operator is responsible for computer operations and monitoring warehouse automated equipment to ensure that computer system, hardware and distribution equipment are functioning correctly from a multi‑station command center.

• Pay rate: $21.00 per hour.

• Proactively monitor and manage system activity.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
• Input commands using a computer terminal and verifying that the functions are carried out correctly.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
• Report software and hardware malfunctions to the appropriate team.
• Document processes, procedures, issues, and the resolution for each issue.
• Collaborate between departments/teams and with all levels of Management.
• Ability to learn new software applications as required.
• Perform System Administration responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED. Associates degree in Information Systems or a certificate in the Information Technology field is strongly preferred.
• 1+ years of experience working with computer systems preferred.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Thorough knowledge of computer functions and strong computer operation skills.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Possess strong communication and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willing to work nights and/or weekends.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
