Inventory Control Specialist; GFS

• Execute scheduled and ad‑hoc cycle counts, pick‑path verifications, and bin audits to ensure inventory accuracy
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and lost/found bin issues
• Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive process improvements
• Mentor new and existing team members on WMS best practices and inventory controls
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead continuous improvement initiatives

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a transaction‑intensive warehouse or distribution center environment
• Proficiency in operating material‑handling equipment and common office tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to sort numerical data and recognize trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration at all organizational levels
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred

• Relevant certifications such as CPIM or Six Sigma
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills with experience in training peers
• Ability to adapt to changing workloads and lift up to 50 lbs.
