Flex Warehouse Associate – Wayfair

Base pay: $18.75/hr.

Join our warehouse team in a fast‑paced environment focused on improving customer satisfaction. As a Flex Warehouse Associate you will help maintain high delivery standards by handling furniture orders and improving logistics.

• Unload furniture orders which will require manually moving large, heavy goods and staging them
• Work effectively with peers and managers
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

• Be at least 18 years old
• Comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75 lbs. unassisted and moving product 150+ lbs. unassisted or via team lift
• You'll need to read and comprehend English for safety reasons
• Able to work on warehouse floor 8+ hours a day or more
• Strong, consistent work ethics
