Pennington Seed/Central Garden & Pet Company is a leader in the lawn care industry. We seek a highly motivated, conscientious, and trustworthy individual to join our team in our Warehouse in Greenfield, Missouri.

• 1 Position – 1st Shift – Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

• Greenfield, MO

• Load trucks properly and to scale.
• Ensure ASN labels are correct.
• Use proper bar‑coding procedures.
• Maintain forklift and ensure completed paperwork is kept in the correct location daily.
• Keep the truck dock and staging area clean.

• Must be able to lift at least 55 pounds.
• Work flexible hours as needed.
• Must work well with others.
• Be familiar with details of truck loading/unloading as well as boxcars.
• Able to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

• Full‑time position in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
• Indoor and outdoor work is required, but temperatures may vary.
• The work environment may be dusty.
• Must be able to stand and walk consistently.
