Southern Hobby is seeking a Warehouse Associate with responsibilities ranging from pulling, shipping, and packing orders to stocking inventory, cycle counting, and loading/unloading freight. The role also includes other tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager. The company is looking for a candidate who possesses great attention to detail, can work at a solid, consistent pace with accuracy, and is committed to performing at their best.
This is a full‑time role, Monday to Friday.

Duties/Responsibilities- Picking:
Use the RF gun to pick items for the order with accuracy. - Packing:
Pack and prepare items for shipping. - Shipping:
Review, measure, weigh, and select the correct shipping rate and service required for each order. - Assist with quarterly and yearly inventory as needed.
- Provide regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as communicated by the leadership team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Prefer at least 6 months to 1 year of history working in a warehouse environment (willing to train the right person).
- Familiarity with RF scanner equipment.
- Good organizational skills, strong work ethic, and commitment to performing at your best.
- Ability to comprehend and adhere to all warehouse safety best practices.
- Comfortable with lifting to 50 lbs., depending on the task.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. safely.
