Roadside Assistant

A-One Towing is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Light Service Driver. As a Light Service Driver, you will play a vital role in providing immediate assistance to stranded motorists by performing services such as selling batteries, jump-starting vehicles, unlocking vehicles, tire changes, and fuel delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We also pay $10 per battery installed weekly!

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to service requests from AAA members in need of roadside assistance.
• Sell and install batteries to AAA members, ensuring proper selection and installation according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Safely jump-start vehicles using appropriate procedures and equipment.
• Utilize specialized tools and techniques to unlock vehicles for AAA members who have locked themselves out of their vehicles.
• Perform tire changes, ensuring proper tire inflation and torque specifications are met.
• Provide fuel delivery services to AAA members who have run out of gas.
• Accurately complete service requests and necessary paperwork, ensuring all relevant information is documented.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with AAA members, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations to ensure the safety of yourself, team members, and other road users.
• Regularly inspect and maintain the service vehicle, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and in good working condition.
• Keep up to date with AAA policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure efficient service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class E driver's license - you can obtain while training ITS EASY TO GET.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and maneuvering equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as roadside assistance services may be required on an on-call basis.
