As an Operations Support employee, you’ll play a key role in delivering products and services to our customers while maintaining equipment and facilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Delivering and applying fertilizer and chemicals to farms.
• Communicating effectively with customers.
• Blending fertilizer and calibrating application equipment.
• Performing vehicle and equipment maintenance (greasing bearings and maintaining provided vehicle).
• Ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, and Haz Mat regulations.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds or more as part of daily tasks.

• Class A CDL required.
• Hazmat endorsement required.
• Tanker endorsement preferred (or willing to obtain within 6 months).
• 1+ years of related experience (agriculture or equipment operation preferred).
• Ability to operate heavy equipment (one ton pickups, semi-trucks, trailers).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, mobile apps).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Combination of education, training and/or experience will be considered for this position.
