Overview

We are hiring immediately for full time VENDING ROUTE DRIVER positions.

Location:

Canteen Vending - 13188 Lakefront Drive, Earth City, MO 63045.

Schedule:

Full time, Monday through Friday and some weekends; hours may vary. More details upon interview. Requirement:
Driver's license required. Perks:
On-the-job training. Pay rate: $700 weekly or an estimated 5.75% sales commission (whichever is higher, based on performance). Training rate: $800 weekly. This is a commission-based role with commissions based on performance. Additional details will be discussed during the interview. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.

Job Summary:

The Route Driver drives a company vehicle over an established route to deliver products or render services and fills and maintains vending and related equipment. The Route Driver is the face of the company and must project a professional and positive image while maintaining and building client and customer relationships. This position has advancement opportunities and provides a foundation for entry level management opportunities.

• Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
• Perform product rotation to ensure freshness at designated client locations for vending machines.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
• Inform regular clients and customers of new products or services, listen to and resolve service complaints.
• Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue sales promotion materials to customers.
• Accountable for all receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received or collected and product.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (state requirements apply), ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions.
• Preferred 1-2 years of customer service experience, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Proficient with handheld computer; training provided.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
• Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
• Able to work independently and be responsible for route, working unsupervised 98% of the work day.
