International & Interstate Transportation

Execute efficient multi-country and interstate transportation, ensuring on‑time delivery while complying with cross‑border regulations and company standards.

Manage and adapt routes dynamically to optimize time and resource allocation.

Wave Time Optimization & RGU Prioritization

Apply expertise in wave time scheduling to maximize resource utilization and meet delivery commitments.

Implement and monitor RGU (Resource Grid Utilization) strategies to achieve operational targets.

Strategic Time Implementation & Scale Planning

Analyze and adjust stem times daily to improve operational efficiency across all routes.

Collaborate with operations and planning teams to integrate real‑time data into long‑term scale planning.

Partner with the fleet management team to leverage analytics for continuous improvement.

Contribute to strategies involving vehicle maintenance schedules, operational cost control, and performance metric evaluations.

Operational Efficiency & Reporting

Maintain accurate logs, reports, and performance metrics for all operations.

Provide actionable insights from fleet data to support strategic and operational improvements.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: 5–7 years in fleet and routing optimization, with substantial hands‑on international and interstate transportation experience.

Expertise: Proven skills in wave time optimization, RGU prioritization, and strategic time management.

Fleet Knowledge: Strong background in fleet analytics, maintenance planning, and operational cost analysis.

Exceptional navigational and logistical planning abilities.

Strong analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Effective communication and collaboration across multi‑disciplinary teams.

In‑depth knowledge of transportation regulations across multiple countries and interstate guidelines.

Licenses & Certifications

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) for the operational region.

Additional endorsements or certifications in international driving and fleet management preferred.
