The Warehouse Associate supports our vision by assisting drivers in unloading donations, separating goods, weighing and organizing cart loads, completing route paperwork, loading trailers, and maintaining the warehouse environment.

• Load and unload trucks/trailers according to management directions.
• Stack boxes and bags on carts for weight verification.
• Stack large items in designated areas and place furniture accordingly.
• Maintain clean aisles and walkways.
• Use a calculator to determine net weights and record cart numbers, weights, and unload times on driver route forms.
• Complete Savers Delivery Reports with all required information.
• Daily count and record stock on hand in the warehouse and trailers.
• Check forklifts for safety compliance with Savers policies and state laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including housekeeping of the office and restrooms.

• Working knowledge of OSHA, state, and Savers safety regulations.
• Demonstrated organization skills.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Multitasking ability for multiple incoming and outgoing truck loads.
• Ability to create receiving logs and load sheets.
• Interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Set priorities, meet deadlines with flexibility, and multitask with minimal direction.
• Detail‑oriented.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Dock or warehouse experience a plus.
• Forklift training certification.
• Proper lifting procedures and techniques.

• Occasionally lift up to 70 lbs.
• Pull or push a pallet jack.
• Pull or push loaded carts onto scale for weighing.
• Work in a warehouse environment, including extreme temperatures.
• Stand, walk, bend, and lift continuously to complete daily tasks.
