12‑hour shifts on vessel (as needed). Meal & lodging provided. 10% travel to and from vessel.

The AB (Able Body Seaman) will impart vessel knowledge to crew and orient new personnel.

• Provide on‑job training.
• Communicate Management System requirements to company representatives, regulatory personnel, and crew.
• Act as Person in Charge during emergencies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including bridge watch.
• Handle lines and maintain painted surfaces, sanitation, and general upkeep.
• Report any shortcomings, inaccuracies, or conflicts in the Management System to the master.
• Exercise good judgment and adhere to safety rules and regulations.
• Identify and communicate technical issues effectively.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).

• Valid USCG MMC with minimum AB Limited or higher.
• ABE Seafarer-Deck, Basic Training, RFPNW, VPDSD/Security Awareness, proficiency in survival craft.
• Valid USCG 719k Medical Certificate (STCW).
• Valid TWIC Card.
• Valid Driver’s License.

• HUET with CAEBS or BOSIET with CAEBS or FOET with CAEBS.

• 1 year of verifiable related experience preferred; recent graduates encouraged.

• Familiar with rigging equipment; ability to set up, repair, and use for moving equipment.
• Ability to signal or verbally direct workers engaged in hoisting and moving loads.

• Collaborate with a dedicated Marine Management Services team that values your voice and leadership.
• Physical engagement: standing, walking, lifting, bending, operating machinery.
