Additional charges may be incurred if contractors:

• Exceed 5% miles out of route(national average/MPG- roughly $0.65 per excess mile at current fuel prices)
• Exceed idle fuel consumption of 7gallons per week(excess gallons consumed idling to be charged at the national average price for that week)
• Exceeding 50 gallons of fuel purchased at unauthorized locations during the week will result in a $0.25 per gallon charge for each excess gallon(Pilot/Flying J network represents 95% of the current recommended authorized gallons)
