**** URGENT HIRING FULL TIME AND PART TIME DRIVERS***
Job Description: This is a Full-Time OR Part-Time Driver position with Cali Shipping, Inc (the "Company") delivering packages for a national technology company. We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Successfully handle and deliver packages on time.
- Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle.
- Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies.
- Safely deliver packages to customers located in residential neighborhoods and schools.
- Safely and cooperatively engage with coworkers, management and vendors/third-parties.
- Safely and professionally interact with customers and the general public while delivering packages to residential, retail, and business locations.
- Carry out a series of instructions and handle company property without constant supervision.
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions.
- Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations.
- Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.
- Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members.
- Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle.
- Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes.
- At least 21 years old.
- Hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana).
- Good English speaking, reading, writing and communication skills.
- $21.50- $23.00 / hour paid biweekly.
- 10-hour shifts are typical.
- 4 or 5
-day workweek 40 is typical. - FT schedule rotation: no more than 3 consecutive days; every other weekend off.
- Daytime shift with potential to work second shift if desired.
- Minimum of 2 paid 15‑minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30‑minute meal break.
