Location: 101 Roberts Ferry Rd, Waterford, CA
Employment Type: Full‑Time (As Needed)
Salary: $20.33 – $29.86 per hour (depending on experience)

Under general supervision, operate a school bus or transportation vehicle over designated routes within an established schedule. Transport students to and from school, and on special event trips. Perform daily inspections of the vehicle and carry out other related duties as required.

• Drive safely and efficiently according to school district rules.
• Conduct pre‑trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of all passengers.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and school bus safety regulations.

• Valid California Class B Driver’s License (Passenger Endorsement).
• Possession of a School Bus Driver’s Certificate issued by the California Highway Patrol, including a first‑aid examination.
• One year of experience in transporting school children, or completion of a school bus driver training program.
• Completion of the twelfth grade or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a Department of Justice fingerprint clearance, a tuberculosis skin test clearance, and a pre‑employment physical/drug screen.
• Must be insurable and maintain required insurability.

• Certificate Copy (Medical certificate).
• DMV printout (H‑6).
• Driver’s License Copy (must include CA School Bus Driver Certificate).
• Proof of high school graduation.
• Resume.
• TB screening result.
