At Trash Rangers of Louisiana, LLC, we are dedicated to creating cleaner, safer communities through reliable waste management. Our commercial services division serves businesses across South Louisiana, and we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier service with integrity. We’re currently looking for a skilled Front Load Driver to join our growing team.

As a Front Load Driver (CDL Class

B), you will be responsible for safely operating front load vehicles to service commercial waste containers. You’ll maneuver containers using truck-mounted forks, ensure customer sites are clean, and adhere to all safety and operational standards.

• Operate truck-mounted forks to lift and empty front load containers
• Use vehicle controls from inside the cab to complete pickups
• Perform regular cleaning of the packer blade and truck body during landfill runs
• Open/close corral doors to access containers when needed
• Clean up any spilled waste or loose trash at pickup sites
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections for safety compliance
• Communicate with dispatch and supervisors throughout the route
• Follow all safety and operational protocols

This is a physically demanding, outdoor role with exposure to varying weather conditions. The position requires stamina, coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

• Valid
  CDL Class B license
• Experience operating front load or commercial waste vehicles preferred
• Strong knowledge of safety and compliance standards
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
