• Route Coordination: Efficiently plan, assign, and monitor delivery routes for courier drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Driver Support: Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing real-time assistance, troubleshooting, and guidance.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on deliveries.
• Scheduling: Manage driver schedules, including shift assignments, time-off requests, and backup coverage.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor route performance and ensure compliance with company standards for accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of dispatch, logistics, or related experience; medical courier or healthcare logistics experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with dispatch software, GPS systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Customer Service: Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional service to clients and drivers.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
