As a First Student Part‑time School Bus Driver you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of the students you transport. You will be there at the start of the school day with before‑school pickup and at the end with an afternoon shift to bring students safely back home. No experience as a bus driver is required – we offer paid CDL training and industry‑leading technology to help you succeed.

• A split shift: early morning before‑school pickup and after‑school drop‑off with several free hours in between.
• A guaranteed shift per school day; no nights or weekends unless you want to.
• Additional hours from trips and charters when available.

• $18.50 / hour starting wage, based on school bus driver experience.
• $750 bonus if the CLP is presented within 7 days of completing the Virtual CLP class; $250 bonus if presented within 14 days.
• $1,000 sign‑on bonus.

• No experience required – paid CDL training offered.

• Do not have a college degree or high school diploma.

This position is subject to DOT drug testing as a safety‑sensitive employee. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
