Work Location: Amador County, In‑Office.
Under the direct supervision of the Supervising Correctional Cook, DOC, the Correctional Supervising Cook is responsible for:
- Supervision of incarcerated workers in the preparation of the planned menu.
- Distribution of food.
Minimum requirements are detailed in the Class Specification for CORRECTIONAL SUPERVISING COOK (CORRECTIONAL FACILITY). Candidates new to State will be hired at the minimum salary of the classification or the minimum of the alternate range when applicable.
