Staff Engineer - Backend

Responsibilities:

• Architect and Lead:
  Take ownership of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for complex, high-impact projects. Your work will lay the foundation for future innovations and ensure the platform's scalability and reliability.
• Innovate and Evolve:
  Keep the platform at the cutting edge by staying current with the latest trends in Conversational AI, fintech, and software development. You'll have the freedom to experiment and implement new ideas that push the boundaries of what's possible.
• Collaborate and Inspire:
  Work closely with the CTO and engineering leads to drive best practices across the team. Your technical leadership will guide the team toward delivering high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.

• Drive Technical Excellence:

• Technical Mastery: 10+ years of experience in building and delivering complex, scalable technical products. You have deep expertise in at least one of the languages mentioned below, and are well-versed in both No

  You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, ideally with experience in startups ranging from 5 to 30 employees. You've successfully built products from scratch and are comfortable navigating the unique challenges of early-stage companies.
• Scalable Systems Design:
  Extensive experience with distributed systems, low-latency applications, and microservices. You know how to build systems that perform under pressure and scale seamlessly.
• Real-Time

  Proven track record with real-time interactions, leveraging technologies such as web sockets, long-polling, and server-sent events to create responsive, real-time applications.
• Security & Data Protection:
  Hands-on experience implementing security and data protection measures. You understand the importance of safeguarding sensitive information in fintech applications.
