The full-time AI/ML Engineer will design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to support our Contract Intelligence Platform. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions to drive innovation in healthcare contract intelligence.

Candidates must be in San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate after hire.

• 5 years in AI/ML engineering, with 2 years shipping LLM/RAG systems to production
• 2 years of unstructured data pipelines using LLMs
• Document AI experience: parsing PDF/DOCX, handling OCR, Chunking.

• OCR/Doc AI tools (Unstructured, PyMuPDF/pdfplumber, AWS Textract) and table structure recovery
• Snowflake Cortex / Vector Search, Snowpark UDFs, Native Apps, Snowpark Container Services
• Proven prompt/tool orchestration and grounding with citations; low-hallucination patterns
• Solid data modeling and evaluation skills (gold sets, offline/online metrics)
