Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery.

The resource will be an Full Stack Java Developer in an onshore, client-facing role, supporting a delivery team that will be predominantly offshore. The project focuses on designing and building Java-based application and backend services and modern web UI, with automated CI/CD and Agile delivery.

Analyze functional/non-functional requirements and translate them into technical designs (APIs, services, data models, UI flows)

Design and build backend microservices using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and event-driven patterns where needed

Implement data access using SQL and appropriate persistence patterns; optimize performance and reliability

Write and maintain unit/integration tests, support defect triage, and ensure code quality, security, and standards compliance

Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement work streams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

• 4+ Years Hands-on development experience in building applications using Java frameworks (Spring boot)
• 4+ Years Hands-on experience in Microservices and SQL
• 4+ Years Experience in Agile-Dev Ops / Agile-Scrum
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
