Responsibilities- Develop iOS applications that scale to reach millions of users.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices that strengthen CoStar’s technology platform and development practices.
- Work with the team to create user interface layouts for customers and interfaces to backend web services.
- Design and develop systems and libraries that are highly reusable and maintainable.
- Understand CoStar’s product architecture and frameworks and come to the table with your ideas.
- Collaborate with different teams along with other iOS developers to exchange new ideas and improvements.
- Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university.
- 5+ years’ experience in developing iOS applications.
- Expertise in Objective‑C, Swift
UI/Swift, Cocoa Framework, Xcode IDE, Interface Builder, and a strong desire to learn and share skills. - Proficiency with common object‑oriented programming and design patterns, MVC, MVVM, Dependency Injection, and more.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
- Passion for mobile applications and a focus on creating engaging user experiences.
- Ability to transform ideas and code into a perfect customer experience.

This position offers a base salary range of $130,000–$204,000, based on relevant skills and experience and includes a generous benefits plan.
