Behind every major case is technology that helps us manage complex litigation 're looking for a Salesforce Developer to build the systems that power our work—custom solutions for managing thousands of claimants, automating intricate legal workflows, and turning massive datasets into actionable insights. This role goes beyond typical CRM maintenance; you'll be creating tools that directly support our mission of holding powerful companies accountable.
We are looking for someone with strong technical skills in both programmatic and declarative Salesforce development—at least three years of hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom solutions within Salesforce using Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Utilize declarative tools such as Flow Builder and other configuration tools
- Convert existing Process Builder automation into Flow Builder
- Understand and implement code coverage best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional user stories
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation
- Perform data integrations between Salesforce and other systems
- Debug and troubleshoot issues, providing efficient and effective solutions
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and new technologies to ensure optimal implementation
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Strong understanding of declarative development tools like Flow Builder
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Knowledge of code coverage and best practices in Salesforce development
- Ability to understand and translate user stories into functional solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Salesforce certifications:
Platform App Builder and Platform Developer I are required;
Platform Developer II is a plus
The expected salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000. Compensation also includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance.
