AI Engineer - Python

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to lead the development of autonomous AI systems. This is not just a prompt engineering role; you will be architecting complex Agentic pipelines and RAG systems that solve real-world enterprise problems. While our infrastructure runs on Oracle Cloud (OCI), we value strong engineering fundamentals above all. We are looking for an expert in Python and Cloud architectures (AWS/GCP) who is adaptable and eager to map those skills to the OCI ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Agentic AI Architecture (Primary):
  Design and build stateful, multi-actor AI agents using Lang Chain and Lang Graph.
• RAG Implementation:
  Build production-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, managing vector stores and semantic search optimization.
• High-Performance Python:
  Write robust, scalable, and multithreaded Python code to handle high-concurrency workloads.
• API Development:
  Develop high-latency, asynchronous REST APIs using FastAPI to serve models and agents.
• Database Design:
  Architect efficient data layers using both SQL (Postgre
  
  SQL/Oracle) and No
  
  SQL databases.
• Cloud Infrastructure:
  Deploy and manage services on cloud platforms. You will translate your AWS/GCP expertise to manage OCI Compute, Object Storage, and OCI Queue.
• Ownership:
  Take end-to-end responsibility for features from system design and coding to deployment and monitoring.

The core requirements for the job include the following:

Generative AI (High Priority):

• Must Have:
  Deep hands-on experience with Lang Chain and Lang Graph.
• Must Have:
  Proven track record of building Agentic workflows and RAG pipelines.
• Experience:
  
  Familiarity with LLMs (GPT-4 Claude, Llama
  3) and fine-tuning concepts.

Engineering and Python:

• Expert Python:
  Mastery of the language, including asyncio, multithreading, decorators, and memory management.
• Frameworks:
  Production experience with FastAPI.
• Concurrency:
  Ability to write scalable code that maximizes throughput.

Cloud and Data:

• Cloud Agnostic:
  Strong experience with AWS (S3 EC2 RDS, SQS) or GCP is required.
• Must be willing to learn and adapt to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Databases:
  Proficient in SQL and No
  
  SQL modeling.
