Fullstack Developer

• Design, build, and scale backend services in. NET. role;
  Core and frontend applications using React, Redux, Type Script, and modern JavaScript.
• Architect scalable systems for high-traffic environments, ensuring reliability, observability, and extensibility.
• Contribute to our experimentation platform by building robust data pipelines and analytics integrations that support data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver impactful features from conception to deployment.
• Improve developer productivity and deployment confidence by enhancing CI/CD pipelines and dev tooling.
• Write and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, and E2E tests, with quality built in from the start.
• Participate in and lead code and design reviews, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to incident response, ensuring system resilience.
• Drive engineering excellence by staying up to date on emerging technologies and best practices.

• 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on full-stack web development.
• Advanced skills in React, Redux, Type Script, and JavaScript on the frontend.
• Proven backend experience with. NET Core, RESTful APIs, and event-driven or service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Experience with A/B testing platforms, analytics frameworks, and instrumenting user behavior for experimentation.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, scalability, and fault-tolerant systems in a production environment.
