Duration: 12 Months Contract
The primary purpose of this role is to develop and deliver best‑of‑breed authentication products for e‑commerce transactional use cases that will drive uptake and penetration for the products and revenue for Client. The authentication products that fall within this role’s responsibilities are , Token Authentication Service and Token Authentication Framework.
Responsibilities• Understanding requirements, build apps, SDKs, use BLE technology for broadcast, consume backend REST APIs from the mobile app/SDK, publish it on the play store, reach out to vendor if there are any issues identified in their SDK, documentation, deployments, maintenance, defect fixes, production support.
Required Skills- Proficient in native Android development using Kotlin or Java and frameworks like Jetpack Compose or the Android SDK, with a solid understanding of Android architecture.
- Also experienced in cross‑platform mobile development using tools such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin.
- Intermediate experience using Java / Spring / RESTful APIs.
- Good exposure in debugging the apps. Working on bug fixes and improving app performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent education.
- Proficient in native Android development using Kotlin or Java and frameworks like Jetpack Compose or the Android SDK, with a solid understanding of Android architecture. Also experienced in cross‑platform mobile development using tools such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin.
- Hands on experience of working with Coroutines.
- Intermediate experience using Java / Spring / RESTful APIs.
- Intermediate experience conducting unit, component, integrated and functional tests (e.g. Junit, Mockito, Cucumber etc.).
- Experience with Live Data and Flows.
- Good experience in writing unit test cases.
- Good exposure in debugging the apps. Working on bug fixes and improving app performance.
- Good knowledge of Security guidelines applied in mobile app development.
- Knowledge of Version Control and CI‑CD.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience in implementing APIs and third‑party SDK.
- You are a problem solver with good analytical skills.
- Soft spoken, team player and should be good in communication skills and negotiations.
