Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer

Overview Of The Role

We are seeking a passionate and collaborative full-time Software Engineer to join our team  a Work Tango Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying features while working closely with other members of our engineering team. You will be working with modern technologies such as Type Script, Node, React, Express, Postgres, and more.

• Develop maintainable, extensible, and high-performing full-stack code
• Write reliable tests and review code written by others on the team
• Use your technical expertise and innovative ideas to influence the direction of our product
• Understand customer needs and collaborate with other teams to continuously improve our platform to meet those needs
• Support customers by identifying and resolving technical issues

• Minimum 1 years of application development experience required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A strong desire to innovate, experiment, collaborate and learn
• Ability to communicate technical problems concisely
• High standards for quality and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of Type Script/Java Script
• Strong abilities with HTML and CSS, knowledge of HTML5, CSS3
• Server-side experience working with Node
• Modern front-end framework experience (React preferred)
• Experience with relational and non-relational data stores such as Postgres and Mongo
• Experience with AWS, S3, Heroku, or GCP
• Advocate for modern software engineering practices such as continuous integration, unit testing, and automated deployments
• A proven track record developing production applications
• Experience with agile software development processes such as scrum
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
• Experience building products that incorporate AI a plus
