The Dispute team is looking for a Software Engineer to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem‑solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Understanding and analysis of business requirements for new development.
• Develop and deliver frontend/UI and backend software solutions for Dispute applications for Client.
• Work as part of an agile development team, optimizing value delivery.
• Work with continuously evolving application and design, develop, support cloud native application components using industry best practices.

• Deep knowledge of modern web development tools and frameworks like Angular, languages like Java script/Typescript.
• Proven track record with developing front end user interfaces, skilled at CSS and layout techniques.
• Passionate about UI frontend tool chains.
• Strong experience with building self‑testing code, techniques like TDD, ATDD/BDD.
• Fast learner and curious about using modern engineering practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication; strong team player to mentor and support other team members; proactive and collaborative working style.

• Experience with UX design, wire framing and prototyping user interfaces.
• Experience with other frameworks like React/Vue.js.
• Experience designing and developing backend services using Java, Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, cloud native platforms like PCF/Kubernetes/Open Shift.
