Camp Ministry

• Have personal quiet time each day with the Lord.
• Ensure all staff are healthy and safely back in the dorms.
• Guide summer staff in prayer and Bible study.
• Plan summer staff socials and spontaneous conversations to encourage them in their work and ministry at Eagle Sky.
• Work alongside summer staff as they process first‑time homesickness and encourage them as they serve at Eagle Sky.

• Growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ that demonstrates the Lordship of Christ and models servant spiritual leadership to the guests.
• Willingness to listen and work alongside the summer staff as they transition into a summer of ministry.
• Experience working with others in a leadership role and serving as leader in prayer and Bible study.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic, willing and able to follow an exhausting weekly schedule yet flexible when needed.

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
