Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Repair Technician to join our exterior construction and restoration team. This role focuses on completing small-to-medium exterior repairs
, along with limited interior repairs that are directly related to exterior work (such as leak repairs or storm-related damage).

This position is ideal for a hands-on tradesperson who values quality workmanship, attention to detail, and completing jobs correctly the first time.

• Perform exterior repairs including:
• Roofing repairs (shingles, flashing, vents, minor decking)
• Siding repairs (vinyl, fiber cement, wood)
• Fascia, soffit, trim, and rake repairs
• Gutter and downspout repairs and adjustments
• Chimney flashing and small masonry-related exterior fixes
• Perform minor interior repairs related to exterior damage
  , including:
• Small drywall patches and repairs
• Interior wall and ceiling texture matching (basic)
• Interior painting for repaired areas
• Identify, diagnose, and document damage and needed repairs
• Communicate repair findings clearly with production or management teams
• Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites (interior and exterior)
• Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and basic hand and power tools
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA best practices
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with homeowners and property managers

• 2+ years of experience in exterior construction or repairs (roofing, siding, gutters, carpentry)
• Basic experience with interior drywall patching and painting
• Strong understanding of exterior building assemblies and water intrusion
• Ability to troubleshoot leaks and damage sources
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Drug-free

• Storm damage or insurance repair experience
• Flashing and leak diagnostics experience
• Texture matching and finish painting skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience reading scopes of work or repair notes
