• Perform assembly and disassembly of flange systems, ensuring proper alignment, torque specifications, and sealing integrity.
• Inspect, repair, and replace flange components, including bolts, gaskets, and seals, according to technical specifications and safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to execute tasks accurately.
• Conduct pressure testing and leak detection on flange connections to ensure reliability and compliance with safety regulations.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment such as torque wrenches, impact tools, and hydraulic tensioners.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, while working in hazardous environments.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other trades to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed on flange systems.
• Always ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in flange assembly and disassembly or a similar role in an industrial setting.
• Proficient in using specialized tools and equipment for flange assembly and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of flange standards (e.g., ASME, ANSI) and bolt torque specifications.
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards, including OSHA regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Ability to clearly and confidently communicate plans to refinery contractors (strong communication skills—written and verbal).
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems during the actual applications.
• Performs work safely in all settings.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• TWIC Card.
• Basic Plus or SE‑Safe Safety Essentials Training.

• Typically, 10-12 continuous hours that may extend up to 16–18 hours if an emergent need exists, for up to 14 days in a row.
• Day shift and/or night shift.

• Uneven or unstable ground, and wet, muddy, or slippery surfaces and footings.
• Outside locations in extreme temperatures and weather conditions including wind, rain, snow, and other forms of inclement weather.
• Routine, intermittent exposure to noise more than 85 dBA‑TWA.

• Work at heights up to 150 ft/45 m accessed via stairs, climbing ladders, or critical lifts by cranes. This requires an ability to climb ladders and stairs without issue.
• Lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs., without assistance.
• Pushing / pulling up to 100 lbs., without assistance.
• Standing and walking for up to 12 to 16 hours daily with minimal rest breaks. May exceed 10,000 to 15,000 steps per day.
• Bending and stooping repeatedly and performing tasks including twisting or turning valves and using wrenches and hand tools.

Ability to travel to multiple North American sites to support our growing list of clients. Out of town assignments can range from 30-45 days in length.
