Description

Optimus Properties, Inc. (), a property management company located in Century City, CA, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to assist with minor renovations and tenant repairs at various properties in Los Angeles.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with general maintenance equipment and tools, including hand tools, ladders, landscaping equipment, and required safety equipment
• Skilled in general carpentry, painting, plumbing, flooring repairs, drywall, and HVAC repairs
• Pick-up and delivery of materials and supplies, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned
• Must work with a high degree of integrity and promote a positive company image
• Maintain cleanliness at all work sites
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit various job sites
• Proficient in English and authorized to work in the US

Physical Demands:

• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, climb, crouch or crawl

Compensation:

• $27.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on experience
• $1,000 Sign-on Bonus ($500 after first 90 days & $500 after six months of consistent employment)
