• Travel daily throughout a defined territory to meet with commercial and industrial business owners
• Conduct entry‑level commercial energy audits and installations for small and mid‑sized facilities
• Engage with customers and contractors to explain program offerings and address inquiries
• Document inspections, installations, and customer interactions per program requirements
• Identify and escalate basic technical or installation issues to program staff as needed

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license in the state of employment with a satisfactory driving record
• Experience in construction, facility maintenance, or installation
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and using power tools

• Previous experience in energy efficiency or related fields
• Familiarity with basic tools and installation processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fieldwork environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
