Furniture Installation Lead

CI Select is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Furniture Installation Lead to join our industry-leading Install Team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—delivering, installing, and servicing CI Select’s furniture and related products. You’ll be a key contributor to our customer experience, ensuring every installation reflects our commitment to excellence. • Lead & Develop a Dynamic Team:
  You'll lead, train, and coach the install team while in the field during every installation.

  Receive, deliver, and install furniture and related products with precision and care, ensuring every client receives top‑tier service and support.

  Work closely with fellow installers, project managers, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of installations and service calls.

  Uphold CI Select’s high standards by following installation procedures, troubleshooting issues on‑site, and ensuring all products are properly handled and assembled.

  Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline delivery and installation workflows.

• Educational Background:
  High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience:
  
  Three or more years of field service experience in the commercial furniture industry, furniture moving and installation experience, warehouse receiving and delivery experience, carpentry experience, or construction experience preferred.
• Driver's License:
  Valid state issued driver's license required.
