As a Waterproofing Technician
, you’ll be on the front lines solving real problems for homeowners. You’ll work hands‑on to install industry‑leading waterproofing and foundation repair solutions in basements and crawl spaces. You’ll learn from experienced team members and have opportunities to grow from an Installer to a Foreman — and beyond.

• Install waterproofing and crawl space systems according to company standards
• Use power tools, hand tools, and job‑specific equipment safely and effectively
• Load/unload materials and maintain job site cleanliness
• Work alongside and support your crew to deliver high‑quality work and an exceptional customer experience
• Communicate with team leaders to solve problems and ensure successful project completion
• Represent the company in a respectful, responsible, and professional manner at all times

• Construction or general labor experience is a plus (but not required — we’ll train you!)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces (basements/crawl spaces)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS of Production Technicians

• Knowledge of construction or related trades preferred.
• Ability and skill in operating equipment and/or power tools preferred.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English preferred.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE of Production Technicians

• High school diploma or GED preferred;
• 1+ years of experience in the
  -construction trades; or,
• A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
