• Competitive pay
  : $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Cedar Trace Apartments

• Complete work orders efficiently based on priority
• Perform apartment make-ready tasks between resident occupancy
• Handle interior and exterior painting/staining
• Service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) needs
• Maintain property grounds to ensure curb appeal
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize future repairs

• One or more years of maintenance experience
• HVAC Certification preferred
• EPA License preferred
• CPO Certification strongly preferred
• Experience with drywall, painting, and carpentry
• Proficiency in plumbing
  , including sweating copper pipes
• Working knowledge of electrical systems
  , including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
• Ability to diagnose and repair appliances
  , including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and garbage disposals
• Understanding of water heater repairs (both electric and gas)
