As a key member of our organization, you will provide exceptional plumbing services to residential customers, troubleshoot problems, and ensure high-quality installations and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Installation & Repair:
Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems, including but not limited to water heaters, faucets, toilets, sewer lines, drain systems, and more.

* Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve plumbing-related issues effectively and efficiently, providing expert recommendations to customers.

* Customer Service:
Interact professionally with homeowners, addressing concerns and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Apprentice Responsibilities:
For apprentice-level technicians, work alongside seasoned plumbers to develop skills, complete necessary training, and gain hands-on experience while adhering to safety standards.

* Code Compliance:
Ensure that all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations, maintaining high safety standards.

* Documentation:
Complete service orders, record work performed, and maintain accurate records. Prepare estimates and proposals for clients when needed.

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with team members and assist in training junior technicians as you progress in your career.

Qualifications:

* Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal plumbing apprenticeship program is required.

* Licensure:
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record. A valid plumbing license in the state of Missouri is required.

* Experience:

Journeyman: 2+ years of residential plumbing experience.

* Skills:

* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

* Proficient in using plumbing tools and technology.

* Physical Requirements:
