We are currently looking for a multi-family foreman to help us oversee a commercial and multifamily project in Healdsburg, CA (Sonoma County). This role is essential in maintaining project timelines and quality standards while fostering a safe and productive work environment.

You will have the option of staying in a hotel or apartment for the duration of the project.

• Training and mentorship

• Ability to interpret specifications and read blueprints.
• Review project plans and schematics to understand project scope and requirements.
• Manage subcontractors and laborers effectively to optimize productivity.
• Order and coordinate delivery of material.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Comply with all documentation requirements and fill out all project related reports, such as Daily Reports, Safety Reports, Inspection Reports, 2 & 3 week look ahead schedules.
• Audit safe work practices, ensuring PPE is available and used properly.
• Assist superintendent in employee evaluations.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

• Valid CA General Electrician License.
• Graduate of a state approved apprenticeship program is a plus.
• Valid CA Driver License.
• 3-5 years' experience in electrical sub-contractor supervision.
• 5-8 years of experience in commercial and mixed-use buildings.
• OSHA 30.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Moderate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and use of hands and arms to operate equipment. Must have a strong sense of balance and no fear of heights. Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
