Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and skilled Residential Service HVAC Technicians at all experience levels—from Apprentice to Master. As a member of our service team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential settings. This role requires a commitment to quality service, safety, and customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities

• ** Apprentice Level:**
• Assist senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Learn to troubleshoot and diagnose issues under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Participate in training programs to gain technical skills and certifications.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional service.
• ** Journeyman Level:**
• Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs independently on various HVAC systems.
• Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including services rendered and parts used.
• Mentor and train apprentice technicians.
• ** Master Level:**
• Lead and supervise HVAC installation and repair projects from start to finish.
• Provide advanced technical expertise and problem-solving skills for complex HVAC issues.
• Develop training programs for new technicians and assist in their professional development.
• Ensure compliance with HVAC codes and safety regulations.
• Contribute to the development of business strategies and customer service initiatives.

Qualifications

• ** Apprentice Level:**
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enrollment in an HVAC training program preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and tools.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• ** Journeyman Level:**
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an HVAC certification program or equivalent apprenticeship experience.
• Relevant work experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• EPA certification (Type I and II or Universal).
• ** Master Level:**
• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced technical degree preferred.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in HVAC service and repair with a deep understanding of residential systems.
• Master HVAC technician certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
